\xc2\xb7 To perform cold calling to follow up and verify the potential leads (data) from social media\xe2\x80\x99s campaign (eg: Facebook) before generating to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s existing consumers. \xc2\xb7 To ensure the potential leads information are accurate before sending to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s existing consumers. \xc2\xb7 To develop positive relationship with the potential leads and existing consumers. \xc2\xb7 To perform on-boarding process to new consumers, handle inbound calls from campaign\xe2\x80\x99s referral and answer all the consumers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries when arises. \xc2\xb7 To record consumers\xe2\x80\x99 information in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s internal system. \xc2\xb7 To monitor and report campaign\xe2\x80\x99s status, progress, and review to management weekly / monthly. \xc2\xb7 To perform regularly follow up with the consumers on their campaign\xe2\x80\x99s listing performance in our Company\xe2\x80\x99s website and share latest campaign plan with consumers when needed. \xc2\xb7 To discuss renewal opportunities with existing consumers before their subscription contracts end and maintain positive consumer relation with new contract agreements. To assist oversea consumers in liaising with translation team for project information when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Preferably Degree in business marketing / business development / business admin or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Language skills: Cantonese & Mandarin is compulsory to liaise with oversea consumers such as Hong Kong and China. - English - Cantonese - Mandarin - Bahasa Malaysia (it is extra bonus if you have it) \xc2\xb7 Preferable at least 1 years working experience in dealing with customers and customer relation management. Working experience in key account/ project admin is a bonus! \xc2\xb7 Fresh grads with customers relation / relevant working experiences can be considered. \xc2\xb7 Preferable female candidates (for recruiters\xe2\x80\x99 sourcing) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
