If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us\xe2\x80\xa6The Team Leader for Auto Loan Repossession under Consumer Collection is responsible for ensuring that the day to day operations of the team runs smoothly and consistently to meet the standard service level and quality set by management. The successful candidate will report to the Unit Head for Consumer Collection (Auto Loan).Job responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 3 to 5 members to drive and achieve their individual and unit targets.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain private and confidential information at their discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under duress to meet the unit goals.
- In the course of duty, he/she must adhere to strict compliance to BNM guidelines and internal policies/procedures of the Bank.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management, Communications, Accounting related field.
- 5 years and above experience in leading a collections team in banking or non-banking related industry.
