You are responsible for

• Build, execute and drive local marketing calendar (incl. promotion) built on ASEAN LMAP
• P&L management incl. revenue and margin management, A&P
• Drive and manage price realization with optimal (pricing/non-pricing) promotion plan
• Drive adaptation (incl. translation) of marketing content/asset and development of any local content creation (influencers, PR) for respective country
• Represent the voice of local consumer/customer of respective countries
• Provide local insights about competition and trends
• Lead local specific cross category initiatives
• Activate BU marketing campaigns, in partnership with TSM and DMEC
• Validate and execute channel/distribution strategy (with country sales team)
• Country level A&P \xe2\x80\x93 cross cat initiatives
• Drives adaptation of global/localised content (including translation) and local content creation (influencers, PR, etc), to ensure successful launch for new products/services/solutions in the market in collaboration with the Digital Business Consumer Leader and Trade Shopper Marketing Leader
• Contributes actively to the development of new business models and new channels in collaboration with the Sales Leader (who leads)

To succeed in this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Retail industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Commercially savvy with entrepreneurial and consumer centric mindset
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
• Self-starter and agile in pushing oneself to master other forms of marketing strategies (digital, social media & ecommerce)
• Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate in making a difference in our industry through creative and exciting ideas
