Job Description

Scope:

  • Online customer service through Email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Social Media, SMS etc
  • Appointment scheduling, tracking & confirmation
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Call follow-up on existing and/or new
  • Maintain patient database
  • Manage patient complaints
  • Salesforce CRM System
Requirement:
  • At least a Diploma
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Must be able to READ & TYPE in MANDARIN, ENGLISH & BM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
