Reporting to the Head, Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing with a hybrid work arrangement, step into the spotlight as a Program Marketing Partner with a mission to narrate our brand\'s story that captivates and draws top-tier talent into our fold.The Critical Tasks you will perform:

  • Market Research: Conduct and interpret candidate & market research to understand what is important to the talent audience, and apply creative practices to attract targeted talents.
  • Content Creation: With insights, we develop concise, engaging, and targeted content, both written and visual, to attract talent across paid & owned touchpoints to improve awareness, consideration and conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Design and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital portfolios & platforms (social, content, web, email) and familiar with digital platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Builder, Google Ad Manager, Programmatic platforms, and others to attract potential candidates.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze campaign performance data and obtain compelling insights and stories to guide strategy optimisation. Design and apply structured testing methodologies to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, platforms & messaging.
  • Performance Reporting: Create detailed reports highlighting campaign performance, outreach outcomes, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Strategy Optimization: Test and amplify campaign strategies based on data insights to boost campaign performance and candidate engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively in partnership with multi-teams ensuring marketing strategy agreement on recruitment goals, and progress reporting.
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will NeedOverall, 7+ years of related work experience encompassing the below skills:
  • Experience in online media platforms and tools LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ad Manager, Programmatic tools, ChatGPT and Generative AI tools.
  • Experience in statistical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Experience in market research abilities, including conducting interviews and surveys, analyzing data and making recommendations.
  • Experience in issues identification, data analysis to apply creative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Experience in content writing and creation to create engaging written and visual content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams and conduct market research.
