We\xe2\x80\x99re now expanding and searching for a superstar to support us as Content and Documentation Intern.

About the Role:

As a Content and Documentation intern, you will be a part of the Global Operations team at GuestReady, which is at the core of our business. We are the front line of guest experience and focus on ensuring smooth on-the-ground operations, as well as providing top-notch service to our guests, at every stage of their journey with GuestReady.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Updating and ensuring property listings are complete and up-to-date with all property details
  • Documenting operational processes and tools working instructions in our knowledge base (Notion)
  • Helping create training materials with the Content we have in our knowledge base (Notion)
  • Working with the team to help structure, manage, and maintain various templates including emails, chat and voice scripts, and help center FAQs
  • Communicating with stakeholders in order to gather information from each market and document it properly
Requirements:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Copywriting, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Strong focus on details, quality and continuous content optimisation.
  • Passion for gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Knowledge of French, Portuguese and/or Spanish would be advantageous.
