Job Responsibility Develop and execute social media strategies, manage our social media platforms, and create brand awareness. Identify industry trends, insights, and bringing ideas to improve the content. Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote content, such as posting on social media (Instagram and TikTok). Has solid understanding of web traffic and its key metrics to determine the KPIs and measurement for each campaign launched. Created engaging & creative content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms) to maintain our digital presence and drive positive engagement with followers. Provide creative writing and proofread marketing materials before go for final posting (brochure, website, social media, website content and etc). Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. Monitor, track, and report content activities and research. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Content Creator. Excellent editing, spelling, and grammar is required. Keen interest in Digital Marketing, Content writing. Creative in making storyline for media contents. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Strong time and task management skills. Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam.
