Job Description

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the field of digital marketing or social media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video content creation skills, particularly short-form videos.
• Proficient in video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging content ideas.
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Knowledge of jewellery industry trends and customer preferences is a plus.
• Experience in hosting social media live sessions is desirable.

• Collaborate with the Content Creation Head to develop and execute social media strategies in line with brand guidelines.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for daily and thematic campaigns, with a particular focus on video content (short form) for various social media platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure content relevance and engagement.
• Assist in the planning, set-up, and equipment checks for daily Facebook Live sessions.
• Interact with viewers and respond to comments in real-time during live sessions.
• Ensure correct lighting setup and continuously improve the quality of livestream sessions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and comments on social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
• Act as a host for Social Media Live sessions when suitable, engaging and entertaining the audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and assets for content creation.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to provide insights and recommendations.
