We\'re looking for a creative content creator to help our founder to build his personal IP through viral videos at TikTok, Instagram, Facebooke etc. We\'re an agriculture products\' company based in Melaka. Our Company consists of 50 to 70 staffs and mostly are young & dynamic people. We believe in good working culture, and build conducive working environment. : 1.Working closing with our marketing team to create the strategy for our Top Management to shoot short videos to build personal IP 2.Like spend time to research for creative content / viral content for us to use 3.Develop creative ways to enhance or improve the inhouse Tiktok account. 4.Experienced on basic lighting, sound and shooting skills 5.Able to communicate well 6.Able to script the video / sketch 7.Manage TikTok, IG, FB for our Top Management personnel together with few other crews 8.Know how to make #fyp content to increase awareness for our short videos 9.Love connecting with people 10.Strong coordination skills 11.Responsible and able to meet deadline without demand from management 12.Auto pilot and able to keep high frequency of communication with Marketing team and also with Top Management 13.One that spreads good vibes! 14.Willing to self learn and share Interns are also welcomed if you\'re good in social media content especially short videos Job Requirement: 1.Proficiency in content creation on TikTok and other social media platforms. 2.1-2 years\' or more experience in producing own Reels / Stories / Videos. 3.Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mass Com, Advertising,Marketing, Public Relation, Journalism, Multimedia or a similar field. 4.Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing. 5.Comfortable in front of a camera (public speaking or hosting experience is a bonus). 6.Must have experience in creating and editing videos, for personal or professional purposes. 7.Must have a passion for creating creative and engaging content. 8.Able to work in teams or individual. 9.Update with the latest trend. 10.Fun, energetic, creative, confident and presentable in presenting, with a positive and likeable attitude. 11.Have good knowledge and interest in social media and agriculture products are added advantages. 12.Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am until 5.30pm Saturday : (Week 1,3 & 5) 8.30am until 1.00pm & (week 2 & 4) OFF day Salary: RM1,700 up to RM2,200
