You will learn a lot in property investing, property managing as you will be handling [almost] most of of the operations.

From leasing, to negotiating, to closing deals with tenants & landlord, to handling contractors & investors: the only requirement we need is for you to be interested in the property market!

You will also have the chance to purchase [possibly your first] property at good deal.

Our vision is to create a bridge for tenants to get a comfortable co-living place to stay after a tiring whole day; and landlords to get a hassle-free tenant

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media executive, video shooting and video editing.
• Require Skill: Storyboard creating, and video editing knowledge
• Knowledge on social media marketing & digital marketing tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Tanggungjawab

• Drive the ideation, planning, and execution of social media content (TIKTOK, INSTAGRAM, FB, YOUTUBE)
• Monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• To stay updated on the latest and emerging social media platform trends and propose ideas on how to keep us noticeable on those platforms.
• Drive weekly/monthly reporting and analysis on results for all active social media platforms.
• Have knowledge in digital marketing tools including SEO/SEM, keyword research and social media digital advertising.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to create video content for various platforms & needs.
• Able to handle photo & video taking, editing task.
