Requirements
Education & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered).

Skills & Competencies

• Confident to do Live Streaming when required.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and trends.
• Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
• Ability to shoot and edit photos/videos for digital platforms.
• Passionate about content creation and brand storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of copywriting for ads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Byond Success Sdn Bhd's marketing goals, focusing on engaging Bahasa Malaysia-speaking audiences.
• Create compelling and shareable content, including social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, and live streaming content, tailored for various platforms.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
• Conduct live streaming sessions to promote Byond Success Sdn Bhd's products or services, engaging with viewers and answering their questions in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos using video editing software, incorporating graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the viewing experience.
• Analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies to enhance content effectiveness.
