CRITERIA:

• Malaysian
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mass Comm/ Advertising/ Marketing/ Public Relation/ Multimedia or equivalent
• Ages: 22 y.o \xe2\x80\x93 30 y.o
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Fresh graduate / 1 year experience allow to apply
• Active in social media (Instagram / Facebook / Tiktok)
• Basic experience with cameras, lighting, and video editing
• Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects.)
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Experience in handling content creator, simple editing in VIVA, CAPCUT, LIGHTROOM, CANVA, etc
• Must be well \xe2\x80\x93versed in Tiktok, Instagram and any social media platform
• Critical thinker and own problem-solving skills
• Good time management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Able to meet deadlines & performed all work as assigned
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task
• Own transport and can travel
• Good interpersonal and socialize

• Prepare documentation and reports as requested by boss
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, image, video)
• Need to have a strong understanding of current trends in the social media
• Prepare the review & analysis reports of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media
• To create budgets for social media activities

• Create, shoot, edit, collaborate, and produce photos and videos with a focus on showcasing our products for Facebook, Instagram and Sendayu Tinggi website.
• Handle, set up and operate video equipment such as lighting, audio and camera
• Create persuasive scripts and storyboards for the videos
• Work closely and brainstorm with creative team to create interesting video / photo content
• Keep abreast with social media, digital marketing and trends to ensure that our videos remain relevant and appealing to our audience
• Manages company social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and web
• Assists social media management with large projects and event management
• Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Manages social media communication
• Liaising with staff with the task given
• Update with new trend/ current issues
• Live host for company social media
• Handling the outstation task based on the management order
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
