To monitor and manage stocks, ordering, receiving raw materials, storage ,etc
Monitor and management of staffs, their attendance and working standards.
Keep track of cash and ensure that the cash register is balanced at the end of the shift.
Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Maintain a friendly attitude and communicate effectively with
Customers and meet their needs in an appropriate manner;
To monitor and maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area
Continuously learn about new products and promotions to better assist customers.
Have a strong sense of cooperation and work as a team
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
Coordinate/schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Excellent time management, efficient problem-solving and resourceful
Provide personal support to senior management as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all personal matters.Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry .
Willing to work out of office hour when required.
Other skills /report/Document Preparation:
Excellent speaking and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Prepare relevant customer transaction reports, analytics & summary as required
Familiar with MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
Create and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.
Manage digital and physical filing systems for documents.
