Job Description

Content Creation & Production:



Develop creative content for the brand's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) website, and digital marketing campaigns, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.

Produce editorial-style photoshoots, videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with the brand's style, image, and seasonal collections.

Capture behind-the-scenes content, interviews, product features, and styling tips to engage with the audience and build brand loyalty.

Ensure all content reflects the latest trends, maintains the brand's voice, and showcases the company's products in a visually appealing and innovative way.

Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content to ensure high quality and consistency with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

Content Strategy & Planning:



Develop a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing and social media teams, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of content that aligns with key events and seasonal trends.

Stay current with trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep content fresh and relevant.

Use insights and analytics to optimize content strategy, experimenting with different content types (e.g., Reels, TikToks, product unboxings) to boost engagement.

Identify opportunities for repurposing content across multiple channels to maximize reach (e.g., transforming a photoshoot into Instagram posts or TikTok videos)

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across platforms.

Brand Storytelling & Messaging:



Write compelling, engaging copy for social media captions, blog posts, product descriptions, and website content that aligns with the brand's tone, style, and values.

Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all content and that key brand stories are communicated clearly.

Contribute to developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, seasonal collections, and influencer partnerships, making sure all content aligns with overarching brand goals.

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field

.

Experience 2 years and above in

content creation, photography, videography, and social media management

.

Proficiency in

photo

/

video editing software

(CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) and

graphic design tools

(Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Strong creativity, storytelling and copywriting skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales & marketing department in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Experience managing or creating content for social platforms like (Instagram,Facebook, TikTok)
