creative and detail-oriented Content Creator

to bring our products and storytelling to life across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for

TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

Repurpose existing content into new, high-performing formats (montages, voiceovers, transitions, etc.). Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that supports campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives. Brainstorm fresh, trend-driven ideas that align with brand aesthetics and tone. Collaborate with live hosts, internal creators, and resellers to ensure consistent content direction. Analyze content performance and suggest creative improvements. Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards for quality, tone, and visual style.

Required Qualifications

Strong creative and storytelling skills with a good eye for aesthetics and details. Proficient in

video editing tools

(e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). Basic filming and lighting knowledge for social media content. Fluent in

Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Passion for

beauty, haircare, and lifestyle content.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

Prior experience creating content for

beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands.

Familiarity with

TikTok algorithm, trends, and storytelling hooks.

Experience working with influencers or managing brand collaborations. Photography or graphic design skills are a plus.
