Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily High-Performance Content Production

Produce 3 consistent, high-performing TikTok videos daily. Be the

face of the brand

on camera when required. Craft strong hooks, engaging pacing & conversion-focused storylines. Adapt trends and transform them into impactful, brand-relevant content.

2. Shooting & Technical Execution

Confident handling angles, lighting, composition & 9:16 framing. Maintain neat, presentable appearance on camera. Capture creative shots that strengthen storytelling.

3. Editing & Post-Production

Edit videos following company pacing, style & creative direction. Add text overlays, transitions & suitable audio choices. Ensure consistent output and timely delivery.

4. Creative Direction & Ideation

Brainstorm ideas with the team & propose strong creative concepts. Lead content planning and trend adaptation. Conduct research on hooks, viral TikTok styles & audience behaviour. Develop content strategy that supports brand KPIs.

5. KPI & Performance Responsibilities

Achieve company content KPIs:

High engagement

High viewership

Content that converts to sales

Produce videos that actively support brand visibility & sales growth. Analyse content performance & propose improvements.

6. Team Collaboration

Work closely with media, marketing & operation teams. Support both indoor and outdoor shoots. Travel for content shoots when needed (local or potential overseas). Guide junior interns or assistants when required.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience creating TikTok or short-form content. Basic editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro).

Well-spoken, confident, expressive & comfortable on camera.

Attractive personality and professional appearance. Creative, disciplined, proactive & can work without being micromanaged. Understands TikTok trends, audience behaviour & sales-driven content. Able to work in teams, follow content flow & meet daily targets. Strong interest in storytelling, marketing, and performance content.

Salary:

RM2,500/month

5 days work / 2 days off
