This role requires creativity, trend awareness, and strong video editing skills to ensure impactful storytelling on TikTok and related platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, shoot, and edit engaging TikTok videos that align with brand direction.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges, and adapt them into content.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure strong brand presence.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and external partners to execute campaigns.
Travel for shoots, events, and projects when required.
Support other marketing and social media activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation, TikTok, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and analytics interpretation.
Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel when required.
