Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing production shoots (Commercials, TikToks, Reels, Photoshoots, etc.) -- on-site presence required. Enhance content through post-production editing. Participate in creative brainstorming and development sessions. Develop timelines and content calendars for product launches and campaigns. Proactively generate ideas and bring them to life. Deliver content that aligns with marketing objectives and visually communicates effectively. Manage social media, liaise with vendors, and prepare for shoots as needed. Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, Marketing or related fields. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or CapCut. Bonus skills: Photography, Basic Videography, and Post-Production Editing. Prior experience or passion for photography/videography is a PLUS. Language skills: Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Updated on current online trends and social media platforms.
