Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Health Division is partnering with a fast-growing aesthetic company in Malaysia. As the business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Content Creator to join their team. This position is to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for content creation and strategy on all social media platforms to maintain good digital presence and brand awareness.
• Responsible in all photos/videos taking and editing.
• Able to handle video equipment such as audio, DJI gadgets and DSLR camera, etc.
• Recording, editing, encoding, audio and video files.
• Create high-quality, engaging and visually appealing contents on daily basis.
• Able to design creatives such as posters for advertisements or in-house use.
• Handle all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube channel, and XiaoHongShu etc.
• Highly sensitive and adaptive towards the latest social media/ digital trends in the market for marketing strategies planning, content creation as well as driving positive engagement with followers.
• Able to work in a team closely to create high relevant contents.
• Handle and analyse performance on daily/weekly/monthly basis, on adverts across all platforms whenever necessary, such as Google and Facebook Ads.
• Developing and implementing content strategies and planning to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Prepare all marketing materials for both internal and external use.
• Regularly update and optimise the company\'s website, maintain, and improve customer experience to stay relevant in the ever-changing times.
• Report to managers/director to finalise creations and to improvise accordingly.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.

• Passionate with great aesthetic sense in photo and video taking.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree, in Graphic Design, Multimedia or relevant.
• Candidate with proficiency in graphic design and editing software such as Canva Pro, CapCut, Illustrator, Photoshop, LightRoom, After Effect will be prioritized.
• Experience in video editing and productive software.
• Strong understanding in social media trends, platforms, and website building.
• Fluent with excellent command in spoken and especially written - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Able to multitask and mask deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations and conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
