Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and proactive

Content Creator

to develop engaging photo, video, and social media content for our brands. You'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).

Assist in on-site shoots for openings, events, influencer collaborations, and campaigns.

Create short-form video content (UGC, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, food plating, lifestyle, etc.).

Creative & Copywriting

Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that align with brand direction and campaign goals.

Write catchy bilingual captions (English + Chinese) and hashtags for social posts.

Work with the graphic designer to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all content.

Social Media Management

Schedule and post content according to brand calendar.

Track post performance and provide basic analytics or recommendations.

Keep up with social trends, viral formats, and local pop-culture moments to localize ideas creatively.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Support marketing campaigns, KOL/KOC collaborations, and live events.

Work with outlets and operations teams to capture authentic, real-time moments.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu).

Skilled in

video editing software

(CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).

Basic photography and videography skills (shooting on phone or camera).

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Bilingual preferred (Chinese + English).

Bonus: Experience in F&B/lifestyle brand content creation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
