Required Skill: CapCut or Similar Video Editing Software

Content Creation Duties

Edit video content using CapCut or comparable tools. Ensure all videos meet established quality standards. Accurately add and proof subtitles for readability and correctness. Integrate voice-overs and sound effects as appropriate. Utilize POPup effects to boost audience engagement. Develop engaging and relevant written content when necessary. Stay informed about current trends in digital content. Research and draw creative ideas from trending content by others. Plan and execute monthly content calendars in alignment with marketing goals

Filming Responsibilities

Maintain a tidy and organized shooting space. Identify and plan effective locations for filming. Apply professional techniques during video shoots. Coordinate filming schedules independently and collaborate with various departments to meet project timelines. Keep updated with the latest filming methods and content styles. Provide video guidelines, creative direction, and recording tips to Live Hosts when necessary (e.g., teaser videos, product highlights, script style).

Quality Control

Ensure all video outputs meet high-quality standards. Review edits for consistency and polish. Regularly explore new and trending practices in content creation. Regularly explore new and trending practices in content creation.

Teamwork & Performance

Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere. Actively suggest improvements to enhance both content quality and production efficiency. Exhibit initiative and cooperation when working with other departments. Manage responsibilities independently with strong organizational skills.
5.

Project & Task Execution

Complete all assigned work within set deadlines. Adapt to urgent tasks and revisions, including remote collaboration when necessary Serve as a backup Live Host during sessions when necessary, including presenting products, delivering key messages, and engaging with viewers in a professional manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
