Job Responsibility Create engaging & creative content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube etc.) to maintain our digital presence and brand awareness. Highly sensitive and adaptive towards the latest social media / digital trends in the market for marketing strategies planning, content creation as well as drive positive engagement with followers. Conduct research / explore new ways from time to time to formulate creative ideas or contents for marketing campaign / goals. Analyze, monitor and measure social media performance, marketing activity effectiveness and the competitive landscape etc, offering recommendation for future planning. Work closely with internal department to create video content for various platforms & needs, such as sales & training video. Handle video equipment such as audio & DSLR camera. Recording, editing, and encoding audio and video files. Work collaboratively with Instructional Designer(in-house) to confirm course specifications and resolve gaps. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent. Good common of language in Mandarin, English & B. Malaysia. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
