Here are some key responsibilities and tasks you might have in this role: Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and target audience. Understand the brand\'s voice, messaging, and unique selling propositions to create content that resonates with parents and children. Content Creation: Generate various types of content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and product descriptions. Create compelling, age-appropriate content that captures attention, educates, entertains, and promotes the company\'s products. Social Media Management: Manage the company\'s social media accounts and create engaging posts that showcase the products, highlight their features, and promote their benefits. Utilize social media platforms effectively to engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, and build a community around the brand. Visual Content Creation: Develop visually appealing content using images, illustrations, or videos to showcase the products in action or to convey important information. This may involve product photography, video production, or graphic design work. SEO Optimization: Ensure that content is optimized for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases that align with the company\'s target audience. This will help improve the visibility of the content and attract organic traffic to the company\'s website. Influencer and Partnership Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, or other content creators to expand the reach of the company\'s products. This may involve product reviews, sponsored content, or collaborations to tap into their audience and increase brand awareness. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of content campaigns using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Use the insights gained to optimize content strategies and improve future content creation. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, preferences, and needs of the target audience. Conduct market research to understand competitors, identify content gaps, and develop content that addresses customer pain points. Content Calendar Management: Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content. Plan and schedule content in advance to align with product launches, promotions, or seasonal events. We offer an additional allowance, upon the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that have been set. Editor, Videographer and Graphic Designer provided for you to work with. Requirements: - Confident and comfortable in front of camera - Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role. - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Strong understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO principles, and social media platforms. - Proficiency in using content management systems, analytics tools, and other relevant software. - Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
