Requirements

• Develop engaging and original content for various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials, aligning with Qaira Holdings' brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create compelling written content such as blog posts, product descriptions, articles, and social media captions in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high grammatical accuracy, readability, and consistency in tone and style across all communication channels.
• Implement content strategies based on SEO best practices and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company's website and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content that supports marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies to maximize engagement and reach target audiences effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• MangDevelop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
• Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, product descriptions, and email newsletters, in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
• Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness and reach.
• Manage product shootings - from styling to coordinating models, MUA and location
