Position Title:

Digital Content Creator (with Advertising Skills)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, confident, and results-driven individual who can host engaging create high-quality content, and manage advertising campaigns to grow Aurious' brand presence and sales.

This person will be the face and voice of Aurious on social media, while also ensuring our content is visually appealing, on-brand, and strategically promoted.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos for social media (TikTok, Instagram)

Create trending, engaging, and educational jewelry-related content.

Work with the team to ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals.

Write captions and short storytelling posts to enhance engagement.

2. Advertising & Growth

Set up and manage Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.

Optimize campaigns for sales conversion and lead generation.

Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for better ROI.

Suggest and execute influencer collaborations or KOL partnerships.

Requirements:

Confident on camera with good communication skills.

Strong social media knowledge, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar).

Experience with paid ads (Facebook Business Manager / TikTok Ads Manager).

Creative eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Passion for jewelry/fashion is a plus.

Performance KPIs:

Increase in followers and engagement rates.

Ad campaigns achieving target ROAS.

Consistent posting schedule maintained.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
