Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven

Content Creator & Marketing

to join our team. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, and brand promotion to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands current marketing trends, and can translate brand values into engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop, plan, and create engaging content (videos, graphics, photos, captions, blogs) tailored for social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and events. Stay updated with content trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and apply them effectively.

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and interaction. Run paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads) to drive leads and sales. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and suggest improvements.

Marketing Support:

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and product launches. Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing materials and brand communication. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and potential collaborators.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field. Strong skills in content creation (photography, videography, editing). Proficient in design/editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics). Excellent communication and writing skills (English & Malay preferred). Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in content creation, marketing, or related role is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
