About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and driven individual to join our team as a

Creative Media / Content Creator / Marketing Executive

. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and driving brand visibility across multiple channels. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, building community engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality content for digital platforms (photos, videos, reels, TikToks, graphics, stories). Plan and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives. Manage and maintain consistency of visual branding across all media.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Develop and manage social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and followers. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance. Create and manage content calendars, captions, and posting schedules. Support paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).

Marketing & Branding Support

Assist in product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials (brochures, ads, presentations). Assist in organizing events, photoshoots, or live hosting sessions. Provide marketing reports, insights, and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, Digital Media, or related fields. 1-2 years of working experience in content creation, marketing, or media is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply). Skilled in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute ideas proactively.
