The JobYour role as a Content Executive at Aonic (Formerly Poladrone) is to come up with creative ideas to engage with our customers, ranging from Agriculture, Industrial, Services to Retail and Academy. In this role, youll be responsible for creating, editing and publishing content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. This role will require a deep understanding of digital content creation and distribution, as well as an understanding of SEO principles.Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Conduct research to ensure that all content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and target audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, retail, and other teams to create content that meets their specific needs.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for content creation and distribution.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and follows best practices for SEO.

Desirable Requirements:

• Interest in the agriculture and drone industry.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile and cross borders environment.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (PP, AE, PSD, LR).
• Basic experience with videography and photography.
