As a contract staff member, you will primarily be responsible for content management and improving the customer journey at the front end. Your role will involve handling content management tasks, category management, uploading image content, tagging for catalogues search, standardizing banner/key visual concepts, and collaborating with the campaign and corporate teams. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage and update content across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality. \xc2\xb7 Categorize and organize content to optimize user experience and facilitate efficient search. \xc2\xb7 Upload image content in accordance with established guidelines and standards. \xc2\xb7 Tag content to enhance catalogues search and improve discoverability. \xc2\xb7 Standardize banner and key visual concepts to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the campaign and corporate teams to align content strategies and promotional activities. \xc2\xb7 Identify and implement improvements to the customer journey at the front end, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for visitors. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with the development and design teams to implement enhancements and optimize user interface. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. \xc2\xb7 Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content management and customer experience. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s / Diploma degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in content management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with CMS platforms and content management workflows. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in image editing and manipulation tools will be an added value \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and customer journey mapping is a plus.
