Are you enthusiastic about crafting compelling content and establishing a robust personal brand Ming Lighting is actively seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Content Manager! Key Responsibilities Craft compelling content for our personal IP account, showcasing the allure and distinctiveness of our lighting products through impactful videos and photos. Foster brand awareness by formulating creative strategies to spotlight our products and engage our target audience effectively. Collaborate with our director to attend client meetings and capture behind-the-scenes moments during photo shoots, ensuring our social media content encapsulates the essence of Ming Lighting. Proactively cultivate and expand a dedicated following for our personal IP, engage with followers, and stay abreast of prevailing social media trends. Develop and implement a content strategy for various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and foster growth. Generate high-quality, visually appealing, and brand-aligned content, including images, videos, and captions. Stay abreast of industry trends and devise innovative ideas to enhance marketing initiatives. Be available for on-call work, ready to capitalize on impromptu opportunities for content creation and engagement. Candidates should hold at least a Diploma or a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communication/PR/Videography, Web, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation. Demonstrated experience as a content creator, copywriter, or in a similar role. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content types and styles. Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas for content creation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using content creation tools, social media platforms, and multimedia software. Must have personal transport. Knowledge of TikTok, including filming, editing, and features. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Keen eye for visual storytelling and a passion for lighting and design.
