Minimum 2-4 years experience in F&B, nightlife, lifestyle, or hospitality marketing Strong understanding of social media trends, content algorithms, viral formats & nightlife audience behavior Skilled in short-form video direction, caption writing & trend-based storytelling Basic proficiency in editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar) Strong network or ability to build connections with influencers & media partners Excellent communication style - stylish, witty, trend-aware & always on-brand
