We are looking for Content Moderators who are fluent in the required language like English or any regional language (written & spoken). We want someone with moral integrity and a sense of humour, who is proactive and confident in decision-making. You'll need to have objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content. What you'll be doing Taking ownership of video content in alignment with client and business strategies Proactively moderate and audit uploads taking the time to understand the needs of customers and the client Taking ownership for all videos in respective language queue Providing accurate monitoring of content on first instance requirement What you'll need Fluency in Language (written & spoken) and additional knowledge of English Native or Fluency in Thailand / Burmese andKhmer Passion for social media Prior user-generated content (UGC) moderation (Advantageous) Experience in content mining and reviewing Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows Adhere to strict deadlines Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Prior content moderation experience will be preferred Each Webhelper brings a different energy, passion, a unique set of skills and talents.
