Job Description


Overview

  • Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (email and chat)
  • Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support
  • Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client
  • Adhere to the policies set by the company and client
Qualifications
  • Language proficiency in English is mandatory, especially writing
  • Must be fluent in English Language
  • Prior experience in BPO would be an added advantage
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Organizational and time management abilities
