Kelayakan
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and understanding).
- Willingness to work onsite at Kelana Center Point.
- Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, objective decisions.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, text, etc.) in Mandarin and English.
- Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards.
- Accurately identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
- Maintain high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the improvement of moderation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and report any issues or trends to management
