- Education: Fresh Graduate welcome (Minimum SPM).
- Able speak, read, and write in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism and emotional resilience.
- Proficiency with content moderation tools, RM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Willing relocate in Kuala Lumpur.
- Willing work in rotational shift - 24/7.
- Content Review:Monitor and review user-generated content across various platforms, including social media, forums, and websites, to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
- Policy Enforcement:Apply and enforce company policies and community guidelines consistently and fairly.
- Issue Resolution:Provide clear and accurate explanations to users regarding content removal or moderation decisions.
