Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize, plan and execute a results-driven social media strategy, inclusive of development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy & creation of content.
• Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and innovative campaigns and/or content to amplify talkability and sustaining No.1 leadership in the social space.
• Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
• Generate clear design ideas, concepts and creative assets to support the local marketing team's user acquisition and brand building campaigns.
• Platform lead for Watsons Malaysia's TikTok, Instagram, XHS.
• Keep track and improvise reporting matters such as followers, reach, engagement, listening (social sentiments) on weekly and monthly basis.
• A potential leader to lead a team, managing different 3rd parties and collaboration with internal team for different campaigns.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Design / Advertising / Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in social media content creation.
• Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in videography, video editing (CapCut), Adobe Creative Cloud / Illustrator software.
• Have sense of creativity, curiosity and attitude to pick up/ spot trending topics that help to drive high engagement and followers.
• Understanding and knowledgeable in digital & social media reporting, publishing and listening.
• Have expert knowledge of modern photo editing techniques, be able to visualize directorial concepts, and work according to a strict time schedule.
• A team player with a positive roll-up-your-sleeves and entrepreneurial attitude and comfortable with fast-paced environment.
