ABOUT THE ROLEAs our Content Star & Talent Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the heart and soul of our video content and livestreams. You\xe2\x80\x99ll step into the spotlight as an on-screen talent, bringing energy, charisma, and authenticity to every project. Beyond the camera, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a crucial role in growing our community of talents, helping them to excel and succeed. This role is designed for someone who loves to connect with people, thrives in front of the camera, and has a knack for building and nurturing communities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. On-Screen Talent

• Be the Face of Our Brand: Bring a positive and energetic presence to our social media videos, commercials, web series, and live events.
• Memorize & Engage: Deliver lines, scripts, or presentations in a way that captivates and convinces our audience.
• Collaborate & Create: Work closely with directors, producers, and the crew to bring characters to life and make each production seamless. Your feedback and ideas are always welcome!
• Promote & Represent: Participate in promotional activities, interviews, and public appearances. Engage with fans and followers through social media to keep the buzz alive.

2. Livestream Host & Seller

• Host with Charisma: Present livestream broadcasts that are not only professional but also fun and engaging.
• Sell with Passion: Showcase products during livestreams, highlighting their features and benefits in a way that drives sales.
• Grow & Engage: Develop strategies to increase our follower base, and interact with the audience to build a loyal community.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to keep our content fresh and engaging.

3. Community Manager

• Talent Scout & Mentor: Identify and onboard new talents, providing them with the training and support they need to succeed.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Apply creative strategies to grow our community, including collaborations with influencers and participation in trending challenges.
• Support & Coordinate: Manage livestream schedules, ensure smooth operations, and provide ongoing mentorship to our talents.
