We are seeking a highly creative and talented Content Creator who specializes in producing engaging video and image content for Facebook and TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands platform trends, and is skilled in editing tools to create high-impact visual content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Editing
Produce and edit high-quality short videos and graphics tailored for Facebook and TikTok.
Capture raw footage, photos, and other creative assets for content development.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
Content Strategy & Planning
Brainstorm and develop content ideas based on current social media trends.
Build and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Collaborate with marketing team to execute campaign concepts and storytelling direction.
Platform Management
Upload and schedule content at optimal posting times.
Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to increase audience engagement.
Track trending formats, audio, and hashtags to maximize reach.
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze content performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Recommend strategies to improve views, engagement, and follower growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
Strong skills in video and photo editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong understanding of Facebook and TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Additional Requirements:
Portfolio or examples of previous content required.
Familiar with viral content tactics and storytelling.
Comfortable being in front of the camera (bonus but not required).
Work Schedule:
Full-time (Monday-Friday) or as per company policy
