Scope:

Create medical education content for healthcare professionals, including articles, case studies, infographics, and CME materials, primarily using generative AI tools, while ensuring information accuracy and quality.

:

Review and copyedit AI-assisted developed content to ensure information accuracy and relevance for professional healthcare audiences. Leverage AI tools and techniques, including prompt engineering and troubleshooting, for efficient content generation. Adapt generated content to house style and maintain quality control for all developed materials to ensure factual accuracy. Maintain adherence to deadlines, managing time effectively for routine and urgent projects. Occasionally handle tasks outside content generation, such as research, graphics, and simple data management (e.g., maintaining spreadsheets).

Experience / Skills Required:

Prior experience (2 years) in publishing agencies, healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical environments is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong command of written English. CEFR Level C2 is preferred. The ability to read, understand, and work with medical terminology and concepts is essential. Utilises generative AI tools effectively. Experience in prompt development and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence- and research-based writing. Basic understanding of ethical considerations in medical writing and knowledge of regulatory or medical affairs policies is advantageous. Experience with creating full layout designs on Canva is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently. A portfolio or examples of prior writing projects is highly encouraged for review.
