The program will coach the employees to further deepen their knowledge and expertise in cross functional departments as well as leadership skills, in preparation to lead a team of their own in a frontline leadership position at the end of the programRequirements:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduates or early career graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills along with a drive for further self-development
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Willing to relocate or travel for business
