Job Description

This role partners with regional operating units to drive continuous improvement in heavy industry operations by identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions. The mission is to enhance performance and return on capital through collaborative planning with local management, aiming to elevate operational efficiency and staff competence.Conduct regular reviews with operational units to identify opportunities for improvement in safety standards, cost reduction, and margin enhancement through operational or commercial practices.Quantify the potential impact of identified improvements, monitor their implementation, and assess outcomes.Perform detailed analyses of operational performance, utilizing KPIs, financial data, and desktop modeling to support site reviews and address specific performance inquiries.Support operational units in optimizing the maintenance and utilization of mobile and fixed equipment to maximize efficiency.Advocate for the integration of new technologies to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with the OPEX digital team to ensure accurate reporting of site KPIs and other performance initiatives.Identify and highlight potential capital investment needs to improve efficiency and support growth.Provide coaching and training to employees, as directed, to help them achieve and maintain required competence levels.Lots of Opportunities|Multinational Company

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge in quarry is a must have.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in line management of sand production/hard rock quarry.
• Willing to travel within the region.
