The primary duty of the Continuous Improvement Manager is to achieve critical plant objectives known as Compelling Business Needs (CBN). These objectives encompass ensuring safety with zero accidents, eliminating quality losses, reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, achieving a 100% Customer Service Level, and attaining full engagement. This is accomplished through the utilization of the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) program as a facilitator.
Your responsibilities will involve formulating and executing the MOS roadmap for the plant, which builds upon the established MOS program standards. Furthermore, you will oversee the advancement of the Manufacturing Operating System and the skill sets of plant associates. This involves collaborating with Human Resources to devise an approach aligned with JDE Learning & Development methodology.
Within this capacity, a significant emphasis will be placed on nurturing specific Leadership Capabilities to drive personal growth and success.
