Human by nature.Assistant Continuous Improvement Manager - Your future position?As the Assistant Continuous Improvement Manager , you will lead the execution of manufacturing excellence initiatives within a site in order to embed best practices, reinforce a continuous improvement mindset and streamline non-value added activities. You will be based in Givaudan Ayer Keroh, Melaka while reporting to Head of Operations & ASEAN Continuous Improvement Manager.Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:Strategy Design and ExecutionContribute to designing local manufacturing excellence strategy aligned with global OPEX strategy.Execute projects to meet Operations objectives at the site.Lean ManagementProactively identify improvement opportunities with Operations teams, employing Lean tools.Utilize internal and external Lean networks to deploy best practices.Foster innovation within teams for breakthrough improvements.Identify and address waste in the Value Stream.Conduct time studies to pinpoint non-value-added activities.Project ManagementExecute OPEX projects, monitoring resources and timelines.Coach teams on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Change Management and Capability BuildingSupport in developing change management strategies and communication plans.Guide teams in effective problem-solving and change initiation.Provide Lean training to enhance site Operations teams\' capabilities.Performance ManagementLead the implementation of performance management system and KPI cascading.Ensure OPEX standards are implemented.Collaborate across departments for synergy in improvement initiatives.Establish benchmarking practices for tracking progress and evaluating impact.Lead daily Continuous Improvement Culture meetings and Monthly scorecard reviews, analyzing data for actionable insights.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world? Then come and join us - and impact your world.Your professional profile includes:Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field.
