Key duties include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining tender databases and document control, proofreading tender documents, and providing general administrative support to the contract team.
Core responsibilities
Tender document management:
o Prepare, compile, and complete tender documents for timely submission.
o Set up and maintain document control systems, ensuring all files are accurate and up-to-date.
o Perform proofreading to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
Data and administrative support:
o Perform data entry and update records in server databases.
o Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Key skills and qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Word, & Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A background in business administration, procurement, or a related field is often preferred.
