What requirements you\'ll need to be eligible

• Tertiary qualification preferably in Communication, Management, Business Administration or insurance.
• Preferably 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in life insurance company preferably with policy servicing and customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively under published time service standards.
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork

• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes

What you\'ll be doing on the job

• Processing policyholder\'s application within authority / access given.
• To process and carry out duty and task assigned by supervisor to ensure achieving the set targeted Turn Around time and Service Level Agreement for the department and organisation.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
• To take on any other ad-hoc task or assignments assigned from superior or managements.
