JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Procurement & Subcontract Management

Source and obtain supplier and subcontractors quotations. Involve in procurement and negotiation of contract with subcontractors. Coordinate with site team and subcontractors to ensure works are completed as per scope. Evaluate and certify subcontractors claims and site instructions.

Measurement & Valuation

Conduct site measurements for progress claims, subcontractor claims, and variation orders. Verify site quantities and monitor material usage. Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.

Others

Prepare cash flow and monitor cost control. Attend site meeting. Managing VO and other contractual matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor. 3-6 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in Construction Industry. Preferable someone with site-based QS experience. Experienced in handling JKR Projects. Attention to detail, able to work in fast pace working environment.
