Contract Executive (Quantity Surveyor)

Location: Damansara, Petaling Jaya Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent Salary Range: Up to RM5,500 (depending on experience) Industry: Construction - Piling System

Key Responsibilities

Prepare progress claims for each project. Review and verify progress claims submitted by subcontractors. Evaluate, prepare, and process subcontractor payments. Take measurements of quantities and verify on-site work progress. Prepare and submit claims for Extension of Time (EOT) and Loss & Expense. Liaise with consultant QS on progress claims and variation orders (V.O). Finalize and prepare final accounts for subcontractors. Prepare and update the schedule of material deliveries and monitor progress. Support other contract administration tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Contract Management, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of related working experience. Strong command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with QS-related tools or software. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently. Open to Malaysian candidates.
