SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- Coordinate and perform front end engineering activities in the Quality Management area
- including work scoping.
- Prepare tender specifications and conduct tender evaluation on Quality Management
- requirement.
- Review of Inspection Test Plan and conduct quality audit and health check.
- Conduct site inspection to ensure compliance of construction work to approved design.
- Develop process and procedures on projects Quality Management.
- Prepare Quality performance report.
- Develop and cascade lessons learnt on quality across projects.
- Conduct trainings on Project Quality Management.
- Perform analytic review on quality non-conformance.

- Continual improvement mindset.
- Engineer - Degree in Engineering and registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia
- with some experience and knowledge in ISO9001 Quality Management System.
- Inspector - Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years\' working experience and
- knowledge in ISO9001 Quality Management System.
- Microsoft Office experience is an advantage.
