SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Coordinate and perform front end engineering activities in the commissioning area including technical feasibility studies, option evaluation, work scoping and schedule estimation.
• Prepare technical specifications and conduct technical evaluation of proposals.
• Plan for the project execution and timeline for the completion of testing and commissioning activities
• Review of commissioning documents, testing & commissioning plans, test reports and drawings.
• Coordinate and witness site inspection & testing to ensure compliance with Contract specification.
• Develop standardization of testing requirements.
• Develop and implement standards, project execution plans, improvement plans, commissioning procedures, guidelines, checklists and lessons learnt.
• Develop and implement commissioning management procedures and practices.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Power Engineering and registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
• Some experience and knowledge in electrical systems design, construction, testing and inspection, operation and maintenance, project management or construction management is an advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral communication and report writing) and have a good command of written and spoken English
• Microsoft Office software\'s experience and knowledge is an advantage.
