• Collaborate with the Corporate Communication team to produce promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentation slides.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to shoot, edit, and animate videos, incorporating feedback and crafting compelling storylines while assembling raw footage into polished videos with seamless integration of scripts, music, graphics, and effects.
• Craft visually appealing infographics for diverse materials, from training resources to social media posts.
• Establish and maintain a multimedia asset library, including images, videos, and audio files.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and video editing.
• Organize internal and external training sessions, facilitating the smooth onboarding of users to the e-Procurement system.
• Handle helpdesk support tickets, providing effective resolutions or workarounds for internal and external end-users.

• Exhibit strong analytical skills, proficient at identifying key issues for effective problem-solving.
• Handle challenges in e-Procurement, troubleshoot system issues efficiently, and devise creative solutions to boost overall system efficiency.
• Contribute to user-friendly end user training and onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration process, and produce clear system documentation for easy reference.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, providing support in line with procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Displays effective communication skills, facilitating productive collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to address challenges and achieve successful solutions through teamwork.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Recognized Bachelor\'s degree in multimedia design, graphic design, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of related experience in graphic design.
• Experience in e-procurement, IT system support and maintenance will be an advantage.
